What Happens Next
After placing your order (either by phone or online), Orders Received and in stock are normally shipped in 48 hours or less, We normally do not ship on Fridays, orders received on Thursdays will ship the following Monday. If there is a problem with inventory you will be contacted ASAP and a solution will be reached.
Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. If the item has not already been shipped and we are able to stop the order, we will do so. However, if the item has been shipped, the cost to send it back to us will be your responsibility.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available on request for an additional charge. If you need your purchase by a certain date, please call Customer Service to Place your order and to get costs for Express Shipping.
Exchanges & Freight Damaged Merchandise
You must contact Quality Rifle Scopes and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before attempting to return merchandise for any reason.
Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions!.
For Damaged Goods:
Notify QualityRifleScopes.com of damaged goods within 5 days ofdelivery.
Place the damaged item back in it's original packaging, suitable for Return shipping. Quality Rifle Scopes
will issue the customer an exchange once we receive
the item in question and have inspected the item.
Please note that failure to follow this process will mean that we cannot file a claim with the carrier for damage and will not be able to issue an exchange.

When you obtain your RMA # you will be given the return address.
Upon inspection of the returned item, we will Promptly issue an exchange.
